REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, and please request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions for the return label, shipping address, and method. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Returns Notice:
Please note that returns must be shipped back to our address in Japan. As this involves international shipping, transit time may take several weeks depending on your location. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has physically arrived at our facility in Japan and passed inspection. We appreciate your understanding.
