Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped from Kagoshima, Japan. Multiple items in one order are shipped together for a single shipping charge. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3 business days (Mon-Fri, Japan time) after payment is confirmed. Cards are packed in a sleeve, protected with cardboard and a plastic bag.
International Shipping
We ship to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
- International Economy (tracked): Flat rate US$10.00. Transit time 10-20 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 13-23 business days (including 3 business days of processing).
- DHL Express (tracked): Flat rate US$20.00. Transit time 5-9 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 8-12 business days (including 3 business days of processing).
A tracking number is provided for every international order.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
- Standard: Free on orders over 7,700 JPY, otherwise 870 JPY. Transit time 3-5 business days after processing.
- Express: 3,762 JPY. Transit time 1-2 business days after processing.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country, which is outside our control. Any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
